Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar o caso clínico de uma paciente adulta com apinhamento dentário anterior tratado com o sistema Invisalign®. A metodologia envolveu avaliação clínica, documentação ortodôntica completa e planejamento digital para confecção de 14 alinhadores personalizados, utilizados ao longo de cinco meses, com acompanhamento mensal. A paciente demonstrou boa adaptação e adesão ao protocolo, permitindo a realização eficiente das movimentações planejadas.
