Com isso o uso de aparelhos extra bucais foi perdendo espaço para dispositivos intra orais, como o pêndulo modificado apoiado em mini implante para correção da Classe II. Sendo assim, o objetivo desse trabalho foi descrever um caso clínico que teve como escolha a utilização do Pendulo modificado por mini implante.
